Description: If the Free Pic feature is not working after updating the IDVisor Smart app to version 8.2, you will have to reinstall the update to correct the issue. Please follow the directions below on how to update your IDVisor Smart app.
Step 1: Tap on Help.
Step 2: Tap on Check for Updates.
Step 3: Tap on Yes – Reinstall.
Step 4: Once the download is complete, tap on Install.
Tap on Install to begin the installation.
Once the install is complete, tap on the IDVisor Smart app icon to reopen the app.
Step 5: Tap on the Free Pic button to ensure it brings up the camera.
The Free Pic option should now open the camera and allow you to take a picture.
