How to Set Up the Form
Step 1: From the Main screen, tap on Forms
Step 2: Select New Form to open the Form Maker
Step 3: Enable Signature Form and create a Form Name and Title
Step 4: In the body of the Form Maker, use the keyboard to type the non-autofill components of the form. To add an autofill component to the form, select an option from the left menu and tap Add. Note that autofill components are surrounded by asterisks, indicating that they will be populated with the cardholder’s information
Step 5: Tap Save → OK → Close
How to Use the Form
Step 6: To autofill, tap on Signature Forms and select the form
Step 7: Sign in the box and tap Submit, then Continue
How to Access Forms Saved in Memory
Step 8: Navigate to the Help screen, and select Close Application
Step 9: From the Desktop, tap on the folder icon in the taskbar
Step 10: Open the following folders: IDVisorSentry → Signatures
Step 11: Completed forms will automatically sort by date created. To locate a specific form, tap Search Signatures and type the person’s name
