Error: IDVisor Smart fails to launch

This could be an issue with a corrupted database. If this is the first time launching the software, navigate to the File Manager app and then go to the Phone Storage (Or Internal shared storage) -> Documents -> IDVisor Smart

FAQ: I don’t see AgeVisor Touch when I turn on the scanner.

If you do not see AgeVisor Touch when you turn on the ID Scanner, the scanner may have mistakenly booted into the Android OS. If you have booted into Android the screen will look similar to the picture below.
