There is a feature in the IDVisor Pro that allows you to import a list of names you would like to tag. You can do this by creating a spreadsheet file named ‘Banned_VIP.csv’ and placing it on the SD Card on the device in the folder named Import Data. The spreadsheet column format should be Last Name (Column A), First Name (Column B), ID Number (Column C), and Tag ID (Column D). Once you have placed the file, with the names and IDs you would like to be tagged, onto your SD Card, you would go to Setup -> Configuration -> Advanced and then click on the Banned/VIP tab. From there you would choose the import button and the program should be able to find the file you placed on the SD Card and import that data.
Once you have imported your Banned_VIP.csv through the program, the ID Scanner will check that list for potential matches after each scan. If the Last Name or the ID Number of a scanned ID matches someone on the imported list, the program will display a notice saying that there has been a possible match. If both the Last Name and the ID Number match, then the program will display a notice saying that there has been a confirmed match.
