M280V1 Windows 11 Support

Issue: M280V1 does not consistently capture the image when pressing the green button on the device or by clicking “Scan Image” within the IDWedge Pro software.
Cause: There are a few possible causes for this issue.

Cause #1: M280V1 is not compatible with the Windows 11 build. The M280v1 OFFICIALLY supports up to Windows 7. This means although it functions on most Windows 10 and some Windows 11 builds, it is not guaranteed to function correctly outside of Windows 7.

NOTE: It is highly recommended to use the M280V2 (released in 2019) with Windows 11 PCs.

Cause #2: Other USB devices taking up more resources. For example, USB Camera, USB storage, etc. Please try to disconnect other USB devices or connect directly to the PC without going through the USB Hub or use a Powered USB Hub.

Solution #1: Use the M280V1 on Windows 7 or Windows 10 machines.
