This is an important announcement for customers using Tokenworks software on Windows 7.
On January 14, 2020, Microsoft announced the end of support for Windows 7 and is no longer providing security updates for this operating system. While Tokenworks continued to support our products on Windows 7 after this news, we are now facing development issues that has unfortunately caused us to end support for Windows 7 on all of our software effective immediately.

Please note that while there is nothing to prevent users from installing Tokenworks software on Windows 7, we will no longer be testing or addressing any issues reported on our software running on Windows 7. To prevent any issues in the future, we strongly recommend that you migrate to Windows 10.

News from Microsoft Support
Microsoft made a commitment to provide 10 years of product support for Windows 7 when it was released on October 22, 2009. This 10-year period has now ended, and Microsoft has discontinued Windows 7 support so that we can focus our investment on supporting newer technologies and great new experiences. The specific end of support day for Windows 7 was January 14, 2020. Technical assistance and software updates from Windows Update that help protect your PC are no longer available for the product. Microsoft strongly recommends that you move to Windows 10 to avoid a situation where you need service or support that is no longer available.
