How to submit an Anti-Virus False Positive to Symantec/Norton

Some of the applications written by TokenWorks may trigger a false positive for a virus/trojan/malware from the Symantec suite of products, including Norton Anti-Virus.

The TokenWorks apps are installed on the C: drive:

C:\Tokenworks\IDVisorSentry

C:\Tokenworks\IDVisorSyncConsole

C:\Tokenworks\IDWedgePro

C:\Tokenworks\AgeVisor

C:\Tokenworks\AgeVisorTouch

use one of the following links to submit a report to Symantec about the false positive you are encountering:

https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/

or

https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/standard/

The submission will require you to upload a copy of the exe from one of the above directories, that is causing the anti-virus alert.  You will be notified by Symantec, with a receipt via email with further details on the process.
