Software Updates via web download
TokenWorks provides update software programs that you can Hotsync and run on the Handspring Visor PDA and update the flash memory in the CardTool reader. It takes about 60 seconds to Hotsync and update. Then remove and re-insert the CardTool reader to launch updated CardVisor software.
Upgrade & Return
Using the Repair & Return procedure, TokenWorks will upgrade the CardVisor software in the CardTool reader. Just send the CardTool reader to TokenWorks in the shipping container we send and we will return the upgraded product. Note: There is no need to return the Handspring Visor.
