Active Sync – Mobile Center Troubleshooting

First Determine version of the Windows operating system running – do the following:

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Move cursor to “My Computer” icon and right click; a menu will pop up
  3. From pop up menu, select Properties
  4. An About screen will pop up and show the version of operating system
  5. Determine if it’s Windows XP, 2000, Vista, or Windows 7
  6. See if it is a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system
