How to Get Support

To use the support site, start with the product name.   Look on the product itself, on the software About screen, or search the IDScanner.us home page for the product image.

Once you have the product name, type it into the search box with some keywords which describe the issue or problem.   For example, “charge” or “battery” or “software update” or “turn on”.  The search engine will find articles by product name with these keywords.

  • Product Name
  • Problem or Issue Keyword(s)

Ideally, the problem solution is found with a resolution.

In the event one is not found, then click on the chat icon during business hours or open a support ticket and we typically will respond withing 24 hours or less.
