Memopad2CSV and Win8.1 x64 Win10 x64 Database Failure

Memopad2CSV and Win8.1 x64 or Win10 x64 Database Failure

If you see the message box that says “Database Failure” when running memopad2CSV on Win8.0,  Win8.1 or Win10 and its x64, then you probably need to install the Access Database engine.

Windows x64 is missing a key component for processing memopad.mdb files using the TokenWorks app Memopad2CSV version 1.5.

The missing component is called the Access Database Engine for Office 2007

The link for the download is available at:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=23734

And the file to download and run is called: AccessDatabaseEngine.exe (25.3 Mb)

Below is a view of the web page providing the downloadable component.

Click on the Save File option. The file will be saved in the Download folder.

After the download is complete, navigate to the download folder and double click the file called AccessDatabaseEngine.exe and follow the onscreen instructions.

If this does not resolve the problem, please contact TokenWorks Support.
