Problem: AgeVisor Touch Date & Time is Incorrect/Resets

Problem: AgeVisor Touch is displaying the incorrect time.  The time value resets every 20 or 30 minutes, even after being set correctly.

Cause: The operating system (Windows 10) is attempting to set the time automatically but does not have a wifi connection available.

Solution: Disable the “Automatically Set Time & Date” Windows Setting

 

From within the AgeVisor Touch Application

Go to “Help”


Click Exit App


Enter the passphrase – Default value shown


Click the Start Menu


Click Settings


Click Time & Language


Click Date & Time


Turn OFF “Set Time Automatically” – Adjust the date and time to today’s date
